The Honeywell Home VC4012ZZ00/U is a compact, reliable 230V actuator designed for all Honeywell VC‑series valve bodies. It delivers fast, quiet operation with a simple clip‑on/clip‑off design, allowing installers to replace the actuator without draining the system.
This actuator is widely used in domestic heating, heat pump systems, and OEM‑installed control valves. If your valve body is marked “Honeywell VC…” and has a Molex connector, this is the correct replacement. Please note that VC4012 is a 3-wire actuator, and does not have an end switch.
