The Vaillant aroTHERM Plus 12kW is the highest‑output model in the aroTHERM Plus range, designed for larger homes, high heat‑loss properties, and systems requiring strong hot water performance. Using natural R290 refrigerant, it delivers excellent efficiency, ultra‑low environmental impact, and high flow temperatures suitable for radiator‑based systems and hybrid configurations.
Its compact monobloc design simplifies installation and removes the need for F‑Gas handling. Despite its higher capacity, the 12kW model maintains low acoustic output, making it suitable for detached homes, rural properties, and noise‑sensitive areas.
The aroTHERM Plus integrates seamlessly with Vaillant controls such as sensoCOMFORT and sensoAPP, and pairs perfectly with uniSTOR heat pump cylinders for a complete, high‑performance system.
High Performance
The 12kW model delivers strong output even in colder conditions, with flow temperatures up to 75°C. This makes it suitable for radiator‑based systems, hybrid setups, and properties with higher domestic hot water demand. Legionella protection is achieved without immersion heaters, improving efficiency and reducing running costs.
Energy Efficiency
With a SCOP typically in the 4.4–4.7 range (system and site dependent), the aroTHERM Plus 12kW offers excellent seasonal performance for larger properties. It is PV‑ready and SG‑ready, enabling integration with smart tariffs and solar PV systems to maximise self‑consumption and reduce operating costs.
